Finding True North

Living with chronic illness can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate the journey alone.
Autoimmune Adventures is a podcast featuring thoughtful conversations with experts, advocates, and individuals living with chronic illness.
Hosted by three sisters who share their own autoimmune journeys, the show brings together lived experience, expert insight, and practical tools to help listeners build resilience, find encouragement, and live fully beyond a diagnosis.
You are worthy of joy.
Disease does not define your life.
You do!

The Autoimmune Sisterhood

Hi there, fellow Adventurers! I’m Stacy—a wife to the best of men, a proud pet parent, and a creative soul living with Lupus, Hashimoto’s, Celiac, and Sjögren’s. When I’m not coaching or speaking, you’ll often find me writing poetry, crafting songs, experimenting in the kitchen, or dreaming up the next meaningful adventure.
By day, I’m a Flow Regulation and Advocacy Coach and founder of The Luminarium, where I help students, parents, and adults move through anxiety, overwhelm, and learning blocks using brain-based strategies and mindset work. I’m also an international motivational speaker, sharing honest stories about resilience, healing, and turning life’s hardest moments into purpose—always grounded in compassion, humor, and hope.

I'm Becky, a wife, bonus mom, and hobby farmer. I live in North Texas with my husband, kids, and a bunch of animals that I probably talk about more than I should. I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, and cooking, especially with my family and friends.
I manage systemic lupus, fibromyalgia, Raynaud’s syndrome, and celiac disease, and before my hysterectomy, I had endometriosis and PCOS. Although these diseases have impacted the direction my life has taken so far and the direction it will take in the future, I know they do not define me. I want to help people understand the same thing about their autoimmune challenges.

Alysia here! I'm a busy mom to five kids and I'm always on the go. I'm just doing my best to handle the demands of mom-life, being a good partner to my husband and holding a job, while managing celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and fibromyalgia.
I cherish the moments of joy and fulfillment that come from being a mom and I have a goal to teach my children how to take care of their bodies since they inherited my genes. I have a passion for learning and educating people about living with autoimmune issues and keeping a hopeful outlook during the journey.
