About the Sisterhood
Hello fellow Adventurers! I’m Stacy, a devoted wife, proud pet parent, and passionate Neurogrowth Learning Success Coach. I help teens unlock their full potential through the power of their minds. In my free time, I enjoy expressing myself through poetry, experimenting in the kitchen, tending to my garden, exploring new places, and indulging in fine chocolate. While I navigate the challenges of lupus, celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and Sjogren’s syndrome, these conditions don’t define me. I’m grateful for incredible parents who shaped the strong person I am today. My belief is that my character is more a product of my genetics than my health challenges. I’ve discovered that joy can flourish even amidst life's storms.
I'm Becky, a wife, bonus mom, and hobby farmer. I live in North Texas with my husband, kids, and a bunch of animals that I probably talk about more than I should. I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, and cooking, especially with my family and friends. I have systemic lupus, fibromyalgia, Raynaud’s syndrome, and celiac disease, and before my hysterectomy, I had endometriosis and PCOS. Although these diseases have impacted the direction my life has taken so far and the direction it will take in the future, I know they do not define me. I want to help people understand the same thing about their autoimmune challenges.
Alysia here! I'm a busy mom to five kids and I'm always on the go. I'm just doing my best to handle the demands of mom-life, being a good partner to my husband and holding a job, while managing celiac disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and fibromyalgia. I cherish the moments of joy and fulfillment that come from being a mom and I have a goal to teach my children how to take care of their bodies since they inherited my genes. I have a passion for learning and educating people about living with autoimmune issues and keeping a hopeful outlook during the journey.
